The platform

JobOne does the office work, so you can stay on the tools.

JobOne is a web-based platform for home service businesses running one to fifteen people. Scheduling, quotes, invoicing and payments, an AI that answers the phone and drafts quotes, and your website — one login, one bill.

Answer & book

An AI receptionist answers calls you can’t get to, qualifies the caller, and books the job.

Schedule

Schedule and manage work on your own calendar — day, week, month, and a route map — that your whole crew can run.

Quote & get paid

Send quotes — the AI drafts them from the call — invoice customers, and take card payments.

Website & domain

Run your business website, domain, and email records. Built and kept current for you.

Reviews & visibility

Manage your Google Business Profile and request reviews after a job is finished.

Know the numbers

A monthly report of calls received, jobs booked, and revenue earned. One page, plain English.

The JobOne application is at app.getjobone.com. Accounts are created for business owners by our team during onboarding. How JobOne uses Google and every other third-party service is spelled out in our Google API disclosure and subprocessor list.

Where the AI earns its keep

Win the job before your competitor calls back.

Two hires you never made, working every call — one answers the phone, the other drafts the quote. Both built in.

It answers and books

Overflow and after-hours. It knows your services, your prices, and your service area — and it books the job into your real calendar instead of taking a message.

“My water heater’s leaking all over the basement.”

“I can get someone out Thursday at 9 AM. What’s the address?”

It quotes what you charge

Standard work gets priced on the call, straight from your price book. Bigger jobs come back as a drafted quote built from the call — you review it, adjust it, and send it. It never invents a price.

JobOne vs. Jobber

Everything Jobber does, plus the AI that answers your phone.

The typical setup is field service software, an AI answering add-on, and an agency for the website — three vendors, three invoices, three logins. JobOne is one.

The stack you’d assemble

  • Jobber$199–$599/mo
  • AI answering add-on+ $99/mo
  • Agency for the website+ whatever they charge

$349/mo, everything

No setup fee. No add-ons. No agency invoice.

The math

Nobody hires the contractor who didn’t pick up.

You answer your own phone — from a truck, from a crawlspace, from the top of a ladder. Sometimes you can’t. The homeowner on the other end has a list, and you were just a name on it.

Every other feature is downstream of the phone. So drag the sliders and run your own numbers.

Your numbers, not an industry statistic — and not a promise. Most owners find the answer uncomfortable.

Getting started

We handle the setup, so you don’t have to.

Most owners have tried software that died because nobody set it up. That’s the part we take.

  1. 1

We look at what you’ve got

A short call about your trade, how you run things now, your website, and how your phone is set up.

No commitment. If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so.

  2. 2

    We do the setup

We build your site, register your number, and set up the AI with your services, prices, and service area — so it’s ready to answer and book from day one.

  3. 3

We turn it on piece by piece

Website and phone go live independently, so nothing waits on the slowest step.

Carrier registration and Google verification have real lead times. We plan around them.

  4. You answer fewer calls

The ones you do answer are worth answering. Everything else is booked, quoted, or waiting in the dashboard.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Not by default. It picks up overflow — calls you don’t get to — and everything after hours. Your phone still rings first, and callers who reach you reach you. Owners who get comfortable with it can move to answer-everything later.

No. You keep your number. We issue a JobOne number and set your carrier to forward to it when you don’t answer or you’re on another call. Nothing about your number changes, and there’s no porting process to sit through.

It transfers the caller to your cell. If you don’t pick up either, it takes the details, promises the caller a text back, and sends you the transcript and the callers number immediately. Every path ends with you holding the lead.

Yes, and the greeting says so on every single call — that keeps you compliant in all-party consent states, not just the easy ones. Audio is kept 90 days. Written transcripts stay for the life of your account so you can search them.

For standard work, yes — it prices from your price book, the same list your quotes and invoices use, so the phone and the paperwork can’t disagree. For bigger or messier jobs it books the visit and drafts a quote from the call details instead. It never invents a price.

Drafted quotes, always — the AI builds the quote from the call, and it sits in your dashboard until you review, adjust, and send it. Nothing is emailed to a customer without your say-so.

We rebuild it on our platform and move your content across, or we point your existing domain wherever you want. You own the domain, the content, and the images throughout — if you ever leave, you get a full export and the domain transfers out.

Usually — but how much comes across depends on what your current software lets you export, so we can’t promise every record. We’ll pull in what we can — customers, properties, job and invoice history — so you’re not starting from an empty screen, and we’ll tell you up front what’s realistic for your setup. It’s a one-way move: JobOne replaces that software rather than syncing with it.

Invoices and payments export to QuickBooks Online. Your accountant keeps working the way they already work.

Calls fall back at the phone-company level to your own voicemail, exactly as if we weren’t in the picture — the same as before you signed up. Independent monitoring catches an outage the moment it happens.

Answer every call. Book every job. Get paid.

Fifteen minutes on a call and you’ll know whether this fits your business. No pressure, no contract, and we do the setup work.
